Was having a problem with the coupler on the utility trailer I was towing while in the middle of a household move. Maxwell's was on the route - I called and spoke with them to see if they could help.   They said they'd take a look. Gent looked, found the coupler bolt loose and spent a few minutes adjusting it properly for me. Took my 4 horse Featherlite in for maintenance. They did a great job in under half a day to redo the bearings, grease everything, redo brakes and new tires all the way around. Larry was extremely friendly and the technician did a fantastic job and showed me everything.

Called to order one of Maxwells, famous Pirate Plank ladders and dealt with Larry. Larry figured out way to get one to me when we thought it might not be possible, especially on a short timeline.
